I enrolled my daughter, Audrey, in Alpine Village Farm School for two years, from ages five to seven, and I am profoundly grateful for the experience. Choosing this alternative path was one of the best decisions I have ever made for her foundational education.

Alpine Village does more than teach—it cultivates a whole human being. The school's core focus on child development and emotional encouragement is evident in every detail. Instead of the forced confinement of sitting at a desk and being told the "right way" versus the "wrong way," Audrey was empowered to be outside a lot, engaging in beneficial conversations with her peers and educators, and learning firsthand about the Earth and her own body. This environment provided the crucial space she needed to explore her boundaries and figure out who she is as a person before facing more rigid academic structures.

The result of this approach was nothing short of miraculous for her learning. Audrey's ability to explore and engage with the world around her, and crucially, with herself, exploded. Her curiosity was nurtured, not policed.

As a mother, I am equally indebted to Alpine Village. This school gave me access to a different lens on education—one that was not available to me when I was growing up. It allowed me to learn about and appreciate child-led, holistic development that I wasn't used to, enriching my own understanding of parenting and learning.

We love AVS! The school has been incredible for our girls! They're provided with abundant time to explore, play, and learn; outside! Just as kids should! I love that it is very family oriented/friendly! Our family got to learn alongside eacother and grow socially/emotionally together.

The structure of the school as well as the incredibly equipped teachers provided our girls the opportunity to grow in confidence and restored their creativity to just play and be kids! We're forever grateful for Kiely and the community she's created. We hope to send all 5 of our kids here!

This school is one of a kind, and has been the biggest blessing for me and my son. The focus on play and the nervous system is not something we are taught as parents, and as our little humans are growing and developing is so important for their life long success and happiness! I have witnessed pure miracles with the love and dedication that is poured into the students and parents.

When we started 2 years ago, I was unsure of what to expect, but I knew that the conventional school model was not the route we wanted to go. Watching my child thrive, alongside his classmates, while also being mentored and held in such strong community has been the most beautiful gift. There is a huge focus on family and understanding development, and it empowers the parent and child so much.

Kiely has created something so magical it is almost impossible to believe. She has trained the most amazing teacher (Miss Rachael), and they both arrive daily with the passion and love for all of us. Parent education and the days where I get to be a parent lead in the classroom has solidified the feeling of having a village, and I have grown and learned so much.

I cannot say enough good things about this school, and my experience here, and I hope that more parents are able to read this and know that they can also be a part of this incredible journey.
