Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy:
Return window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return authorization.
Eligibility: We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in sellable condition (no stains, odors, pet hair, or damage).
How to start a return:
Email hi@alpinevillageidaho.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with return authorization and instructions (and a return address). Please ship your return within 7 days of approval.
Exchanges:
Want a different size or color? Tell us in your email. If in stock, we’ll hold your exchange item once your return is approved. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund or issue store credit, your choice.
Refunds:
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (usually within 3–5 business days). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a return arrives worn, washed, or not in sellable condition, we may decline the return or issue partial credit.
Damaged/incorrect items:
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email hi@alpinevillageidaho.com, we’ll make it right.
