These Official Rules govern all giveaways ("Giveaway") hosted by Alpine Village
School & Farms ("Sponsor") on our website and promoted via our Instagram account.
By entering, you agree to these rules.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will
not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are
18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Alpine Village School & Farms, their immediate family members, and
household members are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway Period

Each Giveaway will have its own entry period, as posted on our Instagram account and/or website at the time of that specific Giveaway ("Entry Period"). Entries must be received before the Entry Period ends to be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, visit alpinevillageidaho.com during the Entry Period and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, zip code, email address, and phone number. Limit of one (1) entry per person per Giveaway unless otherwise stated in the specific giveaway post. No automated entry methods (e.g., scripts, bots, or macros) are permitted.

Winner Selection & Odds

A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during
the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries
received. The random drawing will take place within 24 hours after the Entry
Period ends.

Prize

The specific prize, and its Approximate Retail Value (ARV), will be described
in the applicable Giveaway post on our Instagram account and/or website. Prizes
are non-transferable and no cash substitution is allowed, except at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right
to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within this time, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate
winner or void the prize.

Use of Personal Information

Information collected through the entry form (name, zip code, email, and phone
number) will be used to administer the Giveaway, notify the winner, and send you marketing communications. See our

and protected.

Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated
with Instagram or Meta.

Tax Responsibility

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local
taxes associated with the prize received.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Alpine Village School &
Farms, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses,
or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or the
acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or
modify a Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond
Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the promotion. These Official Rules
are subject to change for future Giveaways; the version posted at the time of a specific Giveaway's Entry Period will govern that Giveaway.
